Courier Delays
Orrish is not liable for delays caused by:
- weather
- natural disasters
- strikes
- public holidays
- incorrect customer information
- courier operational issues
- force majeure events
Failed Delivery
If delivery fails because:
- customer unavailable
- incorrect address
- phone unreachable
- customer refuses delivery
the order may be returned.
Re-delivery charges shall be borne by the customer.
Partial Shipments
Orrish reserves the right to ship products separately if required.
Risk of Loss
Ownership transfers to the customer once the shipment is handed over to the courier partner.
