At Orrish, we are committed to delivering premium-quality wellness products. Due to the consumable nature of our products, we maintain a strict Return & Refund Policy to ensure the safety and quality of products delivered to all customers.
No Return Policy
All purchases made through www.orrish.in are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Taste preferences
- Personal dislike of the product
- Ordering the wrong product
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
- Delay caused by courier partners
- Refusal to accept delivery
- Opened or used products
- Damaged packaging after delivery
- Individual health or wellness results not meeting expectations
As our products are consumable, returned products cannot be resold for hygiene and safety reasons.
Eligible Refund or Replacement
A refund or replacement will only be considered if:
- You received the wrong product.
- The product was physically damaged during transit.
- The product was delivered in a leaking or unusable condition.
- The product was missing from your order.
Claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
The following must be provided:
- Order Number
- Unboxing video recorded from before opening the parcel until all contents are visible
- Clear photographs of:
- Shipping label
- Outer packaging
- Product received
- Damage (if applicable)
Failure to provide an unboxing video may result in rejection of the claim.
Quality Concerns
If you believe there is a manufacturing defect, Orrish reserves the right to investigate the product before approving any replacement or refund.
Our decision after inspection shall be final.
Refund Processing
If approved,
- refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, or
- a replacement product may be shipped.
Shipping charges, COD charges, gift wrapping charges, and convenience fees are non-refundable.
Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once shipped,
- cancellation is not permitted,
- refused deliveries will not qualify for refunds.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
Orders returned due to:
- incorrect address
- unavailable recipient
- refusal to accept delivery
will not be refunded.
Re-shipping charges must be paid by the customer.
Abuse Prevention
Orrish reserves the right to refuse refunds, replacements, or future orders if fraudulent activity, excessive claims, or abuse of this policy is suspected.
Our decision shall be final.
